Azarakhsh Project – Ramsar

Method:
Design and execution of Jet Grouting columns.

Project Specifications:

• Column diameter: 80 cm
• Column length: 9 meters
• Total executed length: 11,000 linear meters

Key Challenges:

• Difficulties in continuous core sampling due to the highly variable soil stratification at the project site
• Presence of diverse soil layers, including coarse-grained rocky and gravelly soils, sandy soils, and fine-grained silty soils
• Despite the complex geotechnical conditions, the works were completed to a very high quality standard
